25,000 ILLEGAL ENERGY WASTING NEW HOMES, NOT ONE PROSECUTION – WILLIAMS
Today, the Welsh Liberal Democrats revealed that, out of the 76,667 new homes built in Wales over the last 10 years, one third of them are likely to fail to meet the required energy efficiency standards under Government building regulations and yet there hasn’t been a single prosecution in Wales for failing to do so.
