Community Clear Up in Bronllys

County Councillor for Bronllys Ward, Clair Powell would like you to join in with a Keep Wales Tidy clean up in Bronllys.

The event which is supported by the Bronllys Community Council, Brecon & Radnorshire's MP Roger Williams and the Keep Wales Tidy initiative will take place on Friday 26th June from 5pm.

Councillor Powell said:

"For a number of months the issue of litter has been raised by Bronllys Community Council, so we have decided to do something about it. We are going to take responsibility for the quality of our local environment and this event also provides a great opportunity to bring the community together to help make our environment better to live in.

Roger Williams MP said:

"This is just one of a number of similar events I have joined in with in the past couple of months. It is great to see the community working together to improve their surroundings. I am looking forward to joining the community in Bronllys and hope to see many people there."

Everyone is welcome to join in at this event. If you would like to take part then please meet by Fosse Way, Bronllys at 5pm on Friday 26th June. All safety equipment will be provided by the Powys Keep Wales Tidy organiser.
